Had my pc over a year and ive not got 1 succesful back-up,running windows 7 premium 64 bit?Not the wizard type,no clue although i do know that i only have 1 partition (what ever that means)no clue if they are related?Help!!!Joanna Anderson

Hi, How did you back up the data? If you only have a partition, you can not back up to local drive. You may try to use a removable hard disk to backup your data.
